Paragon path

The new line of skills for a rogue to choose from..Where are they?
This might seem like an odd question but I see no new skills and no new paragon path for my rogue.

Now obviously I am not looking in the right place as they are not listed in feats or powers.

Anyone offer me the 411 please?

see scoundrel executioner and saboteur....would not the new line be there as well?
Today we fight the GAULS......monstrous and HAIRY beyond reason.

    the new Paragon path refers to Powers not Feats, and you can only see it after you choose it.

    If you've already chosen executioner before the module, there is no way to view whisperknife without respeccing.
