already the market is full of items from dungeon gained by abusing glitches, when will you do ANYTHING to fight it ?

is it so hard to do a few public bans, close the instance til its fixed ?

does the company hold any pride in their job ? its an embarrassment

    Plenty of action has already been taken by fixing many of speed runs in dungeon delves and various other glitches that trivialized hard content.
    And that's what really matters, banning accounts on a f2p game is laughable, what would prevent them from returning with another account?

    PWE will never disclose any actions taken against reported accounts. To do so is a violation of their privacy rules.

    At any rate, it is far more effective to correct the glitch than to ban people who can simply create a new account.

    Right now the players have taken their own action to avoid the exploiters;

    creating new acc, lvling to 60 and gearing takes some time, most ppl wouldnt want to do it if they knew there is a chance of getting banned.

    and how long does it take to fix a glitch ? half a year for ToS, few month for malabog(if its fixed) in the mean time glitchers gain tons of AD. closing instance and fixing it shouldnt take more than few days

    and legit community is nice but how exactly does it fight glitching ?

    atm it doesnt look like somebody at pw/cryptic even cares about glitches and fix them only when they get bored

    putting a gm in VT to ban every glitcher for a day or 2 every once in a while would reduce glitching by at least 70% cause most ppl glitch only because they know that they wont be punished

    It's part of f2p games, we have to just live with it or move on.

    Nor will anything happen, just look at the track record.

    Pretty sure they did ban people for caturday.

    you can rest assured that PWE does take these issues seriously and appreciates reports of exploits, exploiters, bugs, glitches, etc. please continue to report these through the proper channels.

    as lewstelamon01 stated, it's against PWE's privacy policy to discuss such action. and discussing it here is completely unproductive. so this thread is closed.
