Split Shot Charge visual has changed

Has anyone noticed the Split Shots charge graphic/visual has changed? It was a nice looking green effect to it and was bright and vibrant... Now its like mud green and looks like <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>... I think it changed after they patched the game.. I wish I took a screen shot of it so i can show you the ability... At first I thought it was looking that ugly because I was in a dark area but even so that graphic looked bad ***.. I could see where each line and tell how much dmg I was going to do plus it looked bad ***...

I've been messing with the graphic settings to see if I can get that effect back but It hasn't changed....
