Retreat Techniques ( when shifting you gain 5 action points) Does this feat mean you gain 5% action points each time u shift? Was testing it and it barley gave me anything from shifting. Unless it has a cooldown? Any care to verify this, thank you!

    yes it only gives you 5 but i think the 5 it gives you can be boosted with recovery and extra action feat
