Rearrange HUD, KeyBinds & Chat and Tabs Settings.
These options make significant changes to the game then only change one character at a time which is something that seems to have been thought by Devs clueless.
If they give the option to create more than 50 characterts why the hell you would have to rearrange the HUD and create dozens of times each character in the same chat tabs and change them color.
Simple solution: Put these options used by all account.

The Chat settings are per-account, but as far as I know, you have to arrange the tabs per-character.
