Perfect Enchants Ah Prices?!!

Seems that all perfect enchants are being sold lately under 6 mil, last night one guy sold multiple perfects at 4.5-5 mil. How is that even possible?! So i think we are facing here some huge exploit, either they can farm shards so fast that they can afford to fuse them without wards or they can produce the wards by huge numbers! So what is the reason for that and how can that be fixed?!

    when the new module is released, the AD cost of producing a new perfect enchantment is going to be much lower. that's one possible reason for the price cuts.

    i should also point out that there are only 28 perfect enchants of all different kinds up for sale by different people on the AH at the moment. if there was some kind of exploit going on, wouldn't there be potentially more than 28 for sale by more of the same persons?

    There was an exploit.. Apparently it has now been fixed..
    But that didn't stop a group of ppl making dozens of perfect enchants for next to nothing.. Look at the names.. It's the same people selling them all the time.. These are the group that found the exploit before it was fixed

    You want a legit price of a perfect? It takes 85 coal wards.. That's 8.5M AD already..

Yes, is the same grp of persons selling perfects! 28 are atm, but i was looking for the last week after them since i had some ad to buy a perfect and there was alot of activity, only when i was playing there were selling around 5 perfect vorpals per day prices 6-7 mil and since yesterday droped to 4.5-5 mil. 5 Perfect Vorpals per day as a sale seems alot to me and that is for vorpals only!

    I dont know if have problem. weird see many players sell many of same enchantment perfect ranks 10 all the time, and always same names. weird for me something going on. see examples figures.

    Some people know to play the AH. But wait... these prices are really cheap. This is not playing the AH.

    Some people exploit. No proof, no exploiting happened.

    Some people bot. No proof, no botting happened tho'

    Some people just have ****loads of money and nothing better to do with them but invest in a game. No problems here, nobody cares about that village in Africa that would feed itself for a month just from the money thrown for a single Perfect enchant.

    Some people, some people... they have it, you don't, the big mysteries of life.

    but no have sense when is people who are already geared to make less AD than they could possibile buy with zen. if farm ppl i understood. but person with already have gear good, and sell all time perfect/ranks 10 on ah for cheap price no make sense it is money spend.

    Some of these people never farm, they only do PvP...

    I just took a look at it. Looks like this <<Names removed>> has a ton of enchants up. Like 50mil+ each. Not including that some of them have multiple characters in full10s and perfects

    ive spent thousands. and i have maxed out gear. but something is clearly wrong when you have 3 of each rank 10 enchant and 2 perfects at the same time on top for ful rank 10s and 2/3 wep and armor enchants perfect. idc how much u spend thats just dumb

    The individual that was on that screenshot I don't believe is one of the offending people..

    However a quick search on the AH for perfect enchants you will find 3 individuals that are selling perfects everyday.. As soon as one sells another is put up by them.. These three people I have noticed doing this for about 2 months now.. And have perfects listed every single day

    you never know, could be cryptic putting them up to encourage people to buy zen and snag them up.

    Or it could be bots, Im sure the devs are aware either way.

    Yeah, would like to uncover that mist as well.

    Have seen WAY too many Perfect Vorpals and other perfect enchantments around me recently.

    Yea, ive heard many times that there is currently a duping exploit going around. No idea what it is, but bleh. Who knows when/if they will fix it.

    It's interesting to note that the ~ 40 Perfects on the market over the past few days suddenly dropped to ~ 15 since last night's patch. Those 3 or 4 characters that were posting 5+ on the AH are no longer on the market.

    noticed that too lol. looks like something was going on. I saw crazy people selling a barkshield for 4.5m. i thought of buying one or two for re-sell, but wasn't sure of the "origin" of the item with these crazy low prices since they were very expensive like a week ago. I don't know if i missed a profit opportunity tho lol

    Good, sounds like they banned the offenders. They must have been either gold farmers or hacking somehow so either way that's good. Can't say I was sad to get a P. Barkshield for 5 mil though =P

    Edit: Lol yeah gannicus that is the cheapest you'll ever see it probably, I grabbed one for my TR.

    I think high level enchant prices will drop. It'll be easier to make them. To make a Greater vorpal, right now, you need 4 normal and a coal ward. With new system, you need 2 normals and 300k (200k for the 2 catalysts, 100k for coal ward). It's much cheaper and easier.

    Thing is, perfects are already sold at often less than 50% of the cost to make them. Any analysis that suggests costs will decrease due to required materials decreasing (I.e. 85 cwards down to ~15) must take into account the fact that current perfect prices do not reflect the 85 cward material cost.
