I'm wondering if it possible that the great gods of development could implement a feature that allows people to "Collect all items in mailbox" and "Delete all messages from mailbox" please?

My hands hurt after buying up so much stuff in AH.

Thx!

If its bots you worry about, don't worry its already being botted...and they have the edge. They dont have hands.

While a bulk deletion would be nice, at least they've fixed it now so that the attachment tag is immediately cleared after items are taken. Previously, you had to either exit the mail window or click another message and then click back to the one you wanted to delete. Otherwise, a warning would pop up saying that there were attachments. I wanted to avoid that because at least once I clicked through the warning only to find that a new mail had arrived and the game switched to it. 5k AD down the drain.

If I want to delete a lot of emails, I keep the mouse pointer over the delete button, then once I click it, I tap space twice to actually delete the message. This means I don't have to click delete, move the mouse over to 'yes' then click again...

I relocate my mail window so the delete button is right where the yes button is going to show after I click delete. Two clicks per email, but at least I'm not moving the mouse pointer back and forth.

I prefer to use the keyboard. First I'll collect all items, then I'll just hammer on delete and enter until all mail is gone. I only wish I could do the same for professions; 9 slots on 4 toons, starting and collecting task results is a PITA. But I digress!

Click "Delete" then press Enter twice. Repeat. Less clicking and more key pressing.

But yeah, completely agree, many UI elements are, well, cryptic. ;) Just another example of a poor UI design team.

It's important to have some RL movement when your hobby is playing time consuming MMOs. It improves cardiovascular function and helps prevent DVTs. The more clicks the better really, and so as usual Cryptic are just making the difficult decisions for you so you don't have to. Now you'll be slightly less out of breath getting up from your gaming chair to answer the door to your Domino's delivery guy.
