Could a Dev please take a look at this? (Delzoun Orb Glitch)

Howdy !
Well, I just hit 60 and was finally able to claim my Delzoun Orb.
I love it. It's flashy, and oh-so powerful.

One problem.
Whenever I dismount, the Orb like separates (look in attached image)
The gold frame hovers in the normal Orb spot, but the Glowy middle part hovers by my hand.
It irks me quite a bit. :l

Is there anyway this could be fixed?
Is there anyone else that has noticed this?
(For any sort of reference, my mount is the Spider)

    I get that too, different enchant too. Seems random, sometimes when i dismount it doesn't happen, but a lot of times in the city it does. If i cast, it moves so both are in the same spot, in front of my hand, but as soon as i go idle, it pops back down there.

    Okay welp, I submitted the Bug Report in-game also, however, I wasn't able to see the ticket number because my chat is bugged out with these "Team" bars. Q.Q (Gonna attach an image for reference)

    . . . . . Okay, thanks! If you don't mind other's knowing your @handle in game, feel free to post that here instead. The Dev's will be able to track down your ticket that way also if they wanted to provide any feedback here.

    . . . . . Also, I see you have the Voice Chat bug happening. Go into options and disable then re-enable voice chat in the Audio tab. This should clear up all those bugged out Team lists on the left by your chat.

    . . . . . It is a level 60 epic weapon from the Hero of the North Founder's Pack. Each class gets their own "Delzoun" weapon. The orb is the Control Wizard's version. While it is a very nice item in itself, it is nothing more than a temporary weapon while one does Epic Delves and other things for a better one.

    . . . . . FYI, this bug is still happening. It's now started to happen on my level 60 Cleric as well and continues to happen on my wizard.

    It seems you can "fix" this by un-equipping and re-equipping the Delzoun weapon (at least the Orb).

    I think this fix survives mounting/unmounting, but I just got mine last night and don't recall seeing bug after demounting, only before I re-equipped it.

    I actually see this same graphic glitch on my CW with a terror shard equipped.

    Basically, when i move my weapon is normal, but quite a lot of the time it splits into two, one tome would stay at the normal place but lose the enchantment effect, and the other tome would stay on my waist with the enchantment.

    this used to happen all the time but apparently hasn't happened since i transmuted my orb to the tiefling orb.

    Update: I have not seen the issue since un-equipping/re-equipping my Delzoun Orb.

    This issue has been around since the beginning of this game. It can happen with any weapon and weapon enchantment. Mostly happens with Vorpal. When you teleport straight forward, there is a (quite big) chance that the "Vorpal effect" splits into two. The "dazzing" part stays on the orb while the "glowing" part stays in the hand. Once you're out of combat, the hand is put down with the glowing enchantment part still in it (which of course has the shape of the orb itself).

    As far as I know, this has nothing to do with the mount. It just happens from normal teleporting.

    This is still happening to me every time I demount. Un-/reequiping the orb helps put the graphics back, but next time I demount it splits again. It does not happen if I teleport.

    . . . . . Indeed, this is also still happening for me as well. Something new I noticed, whenever I switch to cosmetic outfit and back, it fixes it temporarily as well when I dye any piece of equipment or change their appearance, it fixes it. Also showing cloak/helm then hiding them fixes it. Basically, any change to player appearance fixes it, whether dye, transmute, show/hide, or unequip/reequip.

    Thanks. If I change to fashion outfit it works, but I have to do it twice every time I demount. It is still less annoying then having to reequip the orb, tho.

    Basically the enchant particle affect that covers over the weapon gets stuck by the characters hand. As if its in combat. While the weapon itself is in non-combat mode over your shoulder. Noticed it with both Terror and Plaguefire enchantments.

    That is really good to hear , it is so annoying having to unequip the weapon every time it happens , they recently fixed the bug on the savage skull skin from one of the first call to arms events so I transmuted it onto my orb and now it suffers this bug more than ever lol...

    you can't just link a picture from your hard drive. you gotta put in on a picture sharing site like imgur.

    I too have experienced the issue with my CW's orb that I transmuted to the Sunite flower - the petals remain where they should, but the orb/sphere part sometimes get attached to her waist. Unequipping then reequipping the orb fixes the issue.
