A Banned Account Cannot Login to the Website to Acess Support Tickets

When an account is banned, upon attempting to login to the website to access support, you are greeted with red text which states you are banned and the site will not log you in.

You can submit a support ticket regarding a banned account without being logged in, however it asks for the email address of the banned account when submitting the ticket and then the newly created ticket is then linked to the banned account's email address. When customer support responds, they expect you to use this ticket to provide additional information to them by updating this ticket...but you cannot access your tickets if you are banned because you cannot log in to support!!
This is a terrible error in the design of the website!

If you submit a new ticket to try to reply further, it will be marked as duplicate and you will only receive a notification via email stating that the new ticket is duplicate, will automatically be closed and deleted, and that you should respond to your original ticket.

Please have the web design team fix this and seperate support so it is accessible to even banned accounts !!!

I currently have an account that was banned for "botting" because i play 10 to 12 hours a day...i do not know if this was an automatic ban or if a human being looked at it before the ban and simply didnt pay enough attention to realize that the various activities i do, as well as chatting in guildchat would not be possible by a bot..not to mention i sleep 6 - 10 hours a day and im not logged in while sleeping (unless being logged into the tradeskill gateway counts?). I sent a ticket to support, which was elevated to tier 2 support (someone who can actually do something about the ban) and they have asked me to explain why im logged in 10-12 hours a day (rather than just looking at the log files and fixing the mistake). So now i have an elevated ticket that i have no way of responding to. In the meantime, my $200 Hero of the North founders pack account is banned for no other reason than that i play more than the average expected. This is a terrible way to treat people.

    I had the same problem.

    Support didn't help so I don't know what else you can do but make another account in the meantime. It sucks. It really does.

    BINGO!!! I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!! I CANT GET ANYWHERE with the ticket process. My primary account was banned for botting and I would NEVER bot!!! I've spent over $1000 USD on this game, am currently leading an active guild, and I have been unable to log in to my account for the last week! Could someone please respond! My first ticket was marked solved because of miscommunication on PWE's part, and all my other tickets just get marked as duplicates. I fear my account will never get fixed at this rate!

    Your issue will never be addressed on the forums, per PWE's privacy policies, nor is forum personnel authorized to bypass the ticket queue to resolve your issue. If you cannot access the support website, please email CS from your account's registered email address at the following address:

    If the inquiry is NOT from the email your account is registered to, it cannot be answered.
