Exchange AD to Zen .... really bad problem

I'm an italian guy, so sorry for my english.
Yesterday 8/9/2013: i exchange 83.000 AD in 240-230 Zen, but, nothing happens, just in the zen stock market was write that the transfert was succesfully, yet not a single zen or AD is back in my inventory.
Today 9/9/2013: the text in zen stock market (about the complete transfert) vanished.

What should i do?

    Zen gets transferred into your PWE account - you have to login to your PWE account management and tell it what game you want it distributed into from there.

    It's not the case, in pwe account not result any zen to transfer.... I think, because i'm not buy zen but simply exchange that with AD in game...

    It doesn't go to your PWE account, because you didn't buy Zen with AD.

    When you make a transaction on the Zen/AD Exchange, it goes to your Exchange account, not your Character's balance. In the Exchange window, near the bottom, there should be a balance and a Withdraw button.

    Ehm... no. It's not my first AD\zen Exchange. Last time there was a Withdraw button, not this time.

    Maybe it would help to post a screenshot? (Edit out any sensitive info. I can't remember if it shows any.) Anyway.. the weird thing I noticed is that I cannot just click withdraw or withdraw all. I have to choose 'Withdraw SOME..' then type the amount in there. Don't know if that in any way relates to what you are seeing, but maybe it will help someone sometime.

    Sometime there is not exchange's description, probably cause a bug.


    It seems like i alredy had the transaction... but it isn't.

    the withdraw button is only on the buy/sell tabs not on the list.

    Ah ok... i understand and i found it. It was quite simple... the problem was that i had the same zen as i had exchanged, and i thought that was already mine, so stupid ahaha.
