Sure thing mate. Had already played Riddles when it became feeatured. Tis the only reason it hadn't been played again yet. :)

Playing Mystery at cobb's farm now.

I would move overworld selector so that it doesn't overlap.
Some of the flowers beside the house need rotating to be on the ground.
Spelling mistake talking to jed. "saty"
speaking to the third guy and I don't think the response are correct. He said straight away that the boss asked me to talk to you. which is what the player says. Can't remember if the other were like that as well. Maybe say hello first and the the response would be what the player says being "The boss asked me to talk to you etc".
Farmer cobb has a 2 in his name
Quest should be lie down not lye
Couple of the fences dont have a ending post.
I liked the farm feel though. Well done.
**** I was getting hot lying so close to a raing fire lol
The first kobolds found me but I had to search fo rthe remaining waves.
Took awhile but i eventually found them. even the sparkly line was missing.
I would maybe change the entrance to a cave rather than a brick gateway.
The effect is nice of setting the tower on fire just the interact is so far away i don;t understnad how you are inferring it was done.
one of the tents is inside a tree at kobold camp.
kabold leader needs to be changed to kobold.
one the the minions in patrol pack has patrol 2 in the name
had no idea where i was looking for the quest objective. maybe change it to continue searching the path and then when i am closer go to kill leader. It never makes sense half way across the map to kill something that you can't see.
One of the tents in second camp is floating.
Another tent in a tree at third camp. I killed the leaders apparently but nothing felt like the were different at all.
following quest just says go to next map, spice it up alittle.
Another case of Kablads instead of kobolds.
couple other spelling mistakes in cobbs dialogue.
need to make the run to safety area alittle bigger I missed it the first time. Nice effect though.
His name is cobb 2 again.
    Heard not herd.
I think we all know the loot is no good don't think you need to tell people.
And add in an exit rather then press f to next map.
We would rather ride back to the start of the quest than see that.

Overall a really fun story and quest. Liked the environments. Even better if they are hand made but nice customization if they are not. Will be a five star when you tidy up the finer details but I like your style. Well Done.

One note: Personally I do not like the "yellow brick road" it breaks immersion, that's why I Don't use it unless there really is no alternative.

Think I fixed them all, Once again thanks for the honest review much appreciated.

With the "yellow brick road" I guess it is something that this game has conditioned us too. If we were informed at the start that there isn't a sparkly trail and that objectives must be explored to find then people will understand. It's difficult for a single author to be alternative and take a stand for immersion without looking like you didn't take the time to fix a simple pathing issue.
With a review we have to take what we have just seen and compare it directly against previous foundry quests. If 95% of other quests have something and yours doesn't then thats going to be reflected in our scores. It's great if you want to break the mould and hopefully it works well for you. Good luck :)

And whats feedback if it isn't raw and honest? Most players won't do it but fellow authors know the effort we go to and what our quests are wanting to achieve. If we band together and help each other its only going to be better for our community.

    Agreed.

What level are you now? Your welcome to play any of my quest's although your always one of the first anyway. :)

Think I may have overlooked two of yours, I will give them a play tomorrow.

Playing now. Nice start love the room and feel. Also like the look of the mine nicely done.
I think I'm in with a chance with elizabth :-) haha. Like the romance twist.
I also like the way you go about the difficulty slider.
Don't you wish the patrols speed would work corectly. Watching the guard "Run for his life" at steady walking speed. Ah well maybe another patch or two.

Really nice details even with the drain pathing near the water gate. So not needed for the story but adds hugely to an immersive setting. Really good work applaud the extra effort.
Do we need to go to the overworld map to get into the keep? The doors move towards me instead of away after interaction.
Glad I have something to comment on even if its picky. Your making my quests feel pale ;-)
I thought I got the axe side quest before but now its giving me options saying I don't have the skill. Maybe because I died or forgot to pick something up. The main thing I did notice though was when actually talking to her in the room a response is "I'm looking for Faira. You know her?" but the npc's name is Faira so she must be the one the side quest works for. Maybe name her something standard if she informs you her name during the dialogue. That way it's more a surprise that you found the right person.
The quest "Inspect the orb." What orb?? It's not in the room I'm in. Kind of gives away what I will find after more exploring. What about a place marker getting you to explore and find the room then inspecting the said orb.
There must have been some creepy family incest back in the day. Everyone has the same family portraits on the wall. ;-)
I like the way you hide the campfire for respawning. (I died in the lion room, **** dude this could be a tough fight)
Didn't like that fight one bit. The lioness on top of the other two were just crazy for my 55 TR. I would have preferred the two guys to be elites that way I still have the ability to dodge. The way it is set up most of the room was going red with target areas and I would be just knocked to the ground until I died. Only way i survived was eventually pull the lioness away in other rooms and happened to ding while I was almost dead.
Again I don't think the overworld map is needed. When we enter the orb then yes but maybe put the marker on the other side of the map or even off the main world part to show we are entering a different realm.

Overall 5 stars again my friend. Epic amount of work and thought goes into this story. Really enjoyed it.

Glad you enjoyed it :) - The map markers are there if you wish to take a break, or the game crashes mid-quest etc. That way you can start over from the area you got booted out from :p

It's meant to give you OOC/Meta knowledge that it is her. Your dialogue portrays your character's knowledge. Hence the dialogue difference from what you as the player would have said if you knew it was her. (Really tired so text is probobly messy lol)

The Lion fight is meant to be tough and surprising. It doesn't have any healer encounters, and the CC is slow cast. The Assassins red aim is 2-3 seconds before they launch the knives. Is your gear scaled to your level? (I had the same problem as I played my GWF before I hit 60.)

Many thanks for the play and feedback, also be glad you did not pick party mode. Think you would have had to drop the quest then :p (Party mode carries combinations of different encounters, changes certain patrols and changes most encounters in general.

Yeah I thought about the "Inspect the orb" Going to fix that now before bed :)

Does that actually work if we show the overhead map markers for each area? It has frustrated me that after the first map I cannot zone out and back in if my bags are full or need a break. Awesome if it does hence good job leaving them in.

And with encounters you could be right. I have been having a lot of trouble staying alive since 45 on my TR. It just feel so weak.
Was just an observation from my play though. If it works then sweet. Yeah good work overall.

    Playing into the world now.

The boys body seems in the worng position on the bed it was almost into the wall.
Liked the scene heading to the ferryman.
When collecting the essence I was expecting to actually collect something. I know everyone is on about bag space but in my opinion I think it feels more immersive with an essence of water appearing in my bag. Maybe its just me.
Thought the mage element of earth looked funny weilding a large staff. (Made me laugh, not this is wrong you should change it comment)

Not sure if you have a standard naming convention in the lower underworld. The two elite packs were still ashmardi while some are demons.

Overall a pretty nice quest. The areas were good but with some extra details that will be better. They didn't have that mind blowing wow abou tthem but it sure is a decent canvas to work with. Storyline was good too. Well done

Just a suggestion yipy, but when giving a review of another author's quest, perhaps make it in their thread? You can of course make a post here to say you have replied, that way you can still bump your own thread too.

Yeah fair call. I will try to copy and paste some of these but also I don't really want to have to search for each persons thread all the time. Lazy I know...

I guess the best idea going forward is

People add a link to your own thread when asking for a review, that way I know where to respond and it gives me more time to nit pick your quest to pieces!!!! mmwwaahhhhh

Bit in bold; No harm in being EFFICIENT :p The reason I requested it be in the original author's thread was so I didn't need to repeat in feedback something which had already been pointed out to the author. It's also nice to see if they have corrected error's (actual errors, not subjective things) they have been made aware of.

And most definitely agree that no thread link, no expecting you to go search for it.

Thanks for the play, to be honest this quest was just so I could test combat, trying to find the limit of how hard I could make it before people complained, without stacked encounters. I was trying to see if people actually pulled or just went flying in and then complain that the fights were 'stacked'. In the last map every encounter is a hard one.

Don't worry Karitr, I will never put item's in that go into the bag. Not unless they make more bag space. I do agree with the comment though. It would be better if bag space wasn't a problem and we could make these Items. I try to make my quest's as immersive as possible but when one poor rating can have such a negative affect sometimes it's hard trying to balance it.

With the boys body, there is little I can do about that as it's random because he is dead. Any other way and he moves around or stands up to talk.

I only renamed the encounters I re-skinned. One thing I learnt with this quest is from now on I will re-skin all my encounters. Note to self remember to change there stance to suit.

Thanks again for the play. I'm going to get down to some quest's soon. I have six to do today Starting with yours. I'm sure I did a play swap with you with my first quest (a month ago) but don't think I have played them. Not sure why maybe they slipped through somehow, sorry for that.

It was a fun romp with interesting story to it. My favourite was a character that shall not be named, gave me more than a few chuckles :p

It's up top in the ceiling. I thought it was quite a nice little addition to climb up the debris/ramp and into the rafter/supports to it... though of course the golden trail won't lead you up there.

I also had a good time with that one!

It is funny that people miss that. Tobias even tells you where it is and I placed the chest near the bottom of the ramp.
I have also included a light source to faintly show the ramp continuing but oh well I will test it some more. I am really glad you guys liked it.

Hey, bro. Not sure if I see your review around here. Did you play with another nickname? I don't really care much about what you left there as a review but I would love you to tell me what you thought of my quest. You can PM me about that cause I'm still working on it (I won't feel like it's complete until I get the Feywild expansion so I can work with the feywild content, since my quest is about it after all).

Imma play your quests too since I don't really wanna follow the standard storyline to level up my fighter. :)
