Please fix dungeon completion bugs

Dungeon incomplete bugs- So many threads have been made about how the reward chest does not open and how your quests are not completed (both the storyline and daily dungeon) upon completion of a dungeon. Huge upset for players who have spent over an hour finding a party and dungeoning.

Look at the dates of these threads, and to this date they still have not been fixed. Just yesterday on Aug. 4, I completed Temple of Spiders with the same error.

I don't know what the development team is thinking, but this issue is a HUGE UPSET for players. Five players spend over an hour queuing, looking for a party, and dungeoning in the end for virtually nothing (except the final boss drop. Nothing from the chest, and not even the quest completion.

You would expect such an urgent issue to be resolved in at most three weeks, but it's been months now.
