I've found this to be ridiculous when a GF cant even take down or tank anything in the pvp.
I have played a GF for about a month or so and i have trouble in the pvp where i cant even be a tank and just get thrown around by everything, This is not a tank class when a simple DC just rip's through me i think maybe the GF should have a little extra to them like a no knockback or no stun this would make it a bit more bearable.

Some of the best PVP'ers are GF's they have some insane abilities.

PvP in this game is abysmal. It is just a CCathon. Any game that you can be CC'd until dead is terrible, with no CC breaks lol. If you replaced GF with DC I would be able to take this OP seriously.

yup but when i have a CW and a TR i stand no chance im always in the air and then the TR just stops my attacks.

So you are 2v1 arguably the 2 top dps classes and expect to just stand there and win... sigh.

I die more to TR's and GF's than anything else. Prone is a joke and should be removed from the game.

GF's tear up my Cleric 1v1 because of their cc. I think you're doing something wrong because every GF I've come up against is nearly invincible unless there are 4-5 people bursting.

That's the only way to kill a GOOD gf or catch them by surprise and stun/choke/stomp. He must be prelvl 60 pvp.

Like i said the TR throws that Smoke on the floor and Knocks all my skills off for about 5 secs by then the CW has me in the air and the rogue is just ripping through me.

I also have a GS of 13k.

Move out of the smoke and again that's a 2v1 situation, if they tandem together it shouldn't be easy for you. You might need to learn timing your moves better. Like I said, some of the best pvp'ers are GF's give my rogue enough issues. Especially when they throw me 80 feet into a face plant and get on me to finish me off just as I am standing up because they took 80% to 90% of my life with that move.

FYI, no class is supposed to win against everything and GS means nothing if the player behind the screen doesn't learn and adapt. I guess it would depend on your build as well, I don't play GF so I cant help you there.

Also, if you wanted to play a god class in pvp, you chose wrong, Sentinel Specced GWF's are the kings of PVP, if played right.

And if you have a 13K GS and having these problems and complaining about GF getting stomped by a DC no less, you had to buy your gear. Which pretty much tells people its your lack of knowledge and/or skill. I would suggest hitting up the Barracks and asking build and skill questions there.

I see the problem here... You expect to kill 2+ other players working together solo... A TR and CW are CCing you and you are mad that the 13K GS you bought off the AH isn't 1 shotting the people who dare enter your PvP game!

I once fought a GF on my level 60 TR in pvp. I got rammed in the face with his shield when I tried to stun him. The End.

See the problem is smoke bomb is unblockable, so that's why you lost. Rogues use this on me(gwf) to escape when they fail their 1 hit/daze combo. This need to be nerfed too

Yeah maybe i do need to learn the skills, but i don't have any trouble with anything else Bar PvP.

Yeah thats the problem, not that its 2V1 and he hopes to stand a chance.

If you haven't been paying attention, Rouges have been nerfed in an upcoming patch.

And Smoke bomb is very block-able lol I can tell you've never tried to get out of the cloud. If you leave the purple cloud the TR leaves behind, you will no longer be stunned.

I leave the smoke and i still have the Skill countdown.... its something like 5 seconds and i said by then the TR is already behind me and i cant block or do anything because of the countdown. They should at least give a GF more Block instead of it running out after a few hits.

By that time he already on his mount and gone, so no kill for me. The only way I can still kill him is if he dumb enough to continue to try to kill me and give me determination to pop unstop but this is rarely happens. lol

It's all about what skills you have slotted. A GF owns my TR if he uses the knockbacks correctly.

I forgot about that, it's like cw chill it don't instantly go away. I've literally just stood there in smoke bomb waiting till it dissipated because it's useless to try to leave.

Well soon you won't have to worry about rogues all that much because apparently they're getting the nerf bat to the face.

It's not Death match, that hasn't been implemented. You're suppose to be capturing points anyways kills are irrelevant, and that's the sole purpose of smoke bomb. It's an escape power.

Then you sir have a bug. This is not intentional. I can assure you that you are suppose to be able to leave the cloud and instantly be un-stunned. I would submit a ticket if this happens again.

Oh I know but it feels so good to kill a rogue especially one that think they should be able to get free kills (1 or 2 hit every other class) and disappear.

I find it fun hunting rogues down when they try to run from a fight. I use my take down gwf skill to just put them into the ground.

Yeah i can leave the smoke but there is still a countdown... its basically useless trying to leave because by the time the smoke goes your skills are just about done with the countdown. But if they are being nerfed then i will see how things go.

And to the death match, Yes i know its not a death match but when they are on point and you are trying to take that i can Blast them out with Charge and numerous other skills but they just run back in and then the smoke comes in to play. and yet again i am left defenseless.

As an experienced TR with a level 60 and level 37; It is not that easy, at all. In order to get 2 kills I would have to use my stealth in the first place. Bringing it down to 0 in able to do my encounter powers. I would have no stealth left and unless I had that one class feature slotted, and I probably took some damage, because people normally fight back. Which doesn't allow my stealth to regenerate. I would not be able to get out by simply "disappearing" . I would either have to fight my way out, Smoke bomb and run for it, if I have it slotted, or just accept my fate.

Think I said it wrong, i meant when they instantly kill by using daze/lashing blade or that other skill. I don't know all the skills because I stopped lvl'n my rogue at 45.
