Have lost items in AH during server shut down

18/07/2013 I put 1 radiant enchant rank 8 and 2 enchants rank 7 in AH just before the server shut down. Now they don't show up in my consignements, same for the money that I should have if they were sold. Just no news from GMs after I sent them a ticket about it... Can a Gm contact me in game or by mail please.

    There is no GM in this game...
