Banned from sending mail or sending invalid characters... what?

Wha why whe what is this?

I try to send gems and get this message, was I spamming gold farmer urls? eyyyy don think so?

    I just got this today. bought a horse, sent it to the guild leader yesterday. Bought a man-at-arms today, tried to send it to my other character, BANNED. Why?

    Ah, I just re-tried from a blank mail. I can only guess there was an invalid character in there somewhere or a glitch b/c it went through fine.

    . . . . . Very strange! Unfortunately, it is against policy to allow the discussions of in-game infractions, which include chat bans and the sort. You'll need to contact Support for a resolve. You can do so by clicking Support up top, choose the Contact Us tab, and then fill out the fields and text body. In the category drop down, choose Customer Support > Account Inquiries > Banned Account for it to go to the right department. Because of forum policy on the nature of this issue, I must close this thread. I do apologize, just be sure to contact support.

    . . . . . Hopefully this just has to do with the profanity filter but again, because of the topic and OP, policy forces me to close this. If you feel this is a bug instead, please do feel free to make a bug report thread in the bug report forum, just don't hint at being banned in it beyond quoting the error message.
