Some Stats Just plain do not work on Companions, or they need to be updated
Companion AI seems to be a little stiff or maybe you can make them have a AI user interface , make them agressive? or stay back?

I love when my healer rushes the dragon instead of staying back and healing me. From what I can tell, if the healer is out of range for ranged combat of my target, which is often. It will run in to melee instead of getting in to range and using ranged combat.

The sad part is, the healer is still the only useful (common quality) companion despite those issues. Because the other companions are even worse
