I just spent some time filling out the survey from Peanut Labs for free Zen, what a farce
after doing the survey I got absolutely nothing..Nada, zip for my troubles. What I did see was
another survey that you needed to fill out...at that point I quit, not worth the hassle. So the survey creator has my info and all free, whatever spammed emails will find the trash bin . Given who we a dealing with
I am not surprised at the results
Ive got plenty of Zen just fine, sure some seem a little suspect from less reputable sites so just leave those alone..

Most/all surveys work perfectly fine.
Note you must transfer the Zen earned from you Zen Wallet to Neverwinter. It will not automatically appear in game.
Unfortunately you do have to pre-qualify for most surveys so you may have to post information simply to be disqualified but that information will not be used if you do not qualify.
You must also relog in order for the zen to appear in game after you transfer the Zen to Neverwinter.
Also some rewards take time in order to be confirmed and placed on your account.
If you notice any which do not work feel free to file a support ticket. While PWE can't directly resolve individual issues they will contact Peanut Labs to report any errors their customers find.
First off, don't do any surveys that require your name, email, phone number or address if you don't want people to have this. Second, yes some of these surveys are complete **** and waste 2-30 minutes of your time and you get nothing. However, there are indeed free surveys from Peanut Labs that will give you free zen. I have personally just started doing these and out of about 20 surveys I have gotten 98 zen from 2 and 37 zen from 2.

These survey companies are outright known for having a high rate of failure to reward points. To get your points, you have to screenshot everything that could be considered evidence and personally spend extra time contacting customer support. Then you have to wait a day or two to get the generic response: "Please show us the confirmation email from the offer." You then have to argue you with them that there was no confirmation email and you have already provided all the info they need to reward you. Even after all of this, there is still a good chance they will refuse to reward you.
It's a big waste of time and not worth the effort. An offer that claims to be 20 minutes long will actually take you around 1 hour of work over 1-4 days to get awarded. In that time, you could have worked at a job and gotten 8-12 times that.
*chuckles* ....yeah...you're probalby getting thrown out for giving them false information or fake emails. Their in this to get your private information and if they suspect that it isnt...then they dont pay.
Of course, just because they presume that all of them are invalid and go from there....well, that's good business on their part. The intent, just as limiting bag space, is to frustrate you to the point that you just cave and buy the Zen outright.
Dont expect this to get better or easier.....the term is....
I got 98 zen from a survey, but tbh a better use of my time (20 mins or so) would have been to take all the buckets of loose change around the house down to the Coinstar machine, even with their crappy conversion rate, and spend that money buying zen outright.
don't bother with the free zen BS imo, unless you are totally broke.

I agree with you, for the time it takes to get $1 worth of zen, you'd be better off just spending the actual money. However, the fact that these things do actually work is nice. Also, unlike the OP, I've not done any surveys that wanted all this information they've supposedly given out.

I have a friend who has cleared 10k in zen from the free offers ... I think he has a trainined monkey filling these things out day and night. I have done a couple and got less than 100 zen ...
Just wanted to let the OP know that I applied for a Discover card yesterday and I got 5355 zen deposited in my account today. Sure, maybe everyone can't do this, but I can and I did and it worked.

Oh wow. you made a little bit over a dollar.
*cough*
Wow you can do the maths. The point was not how much zen I got, but that they do work. No, you don't always get approved. No, they are not always worth the time/effort, but crying they don't work when they do is misleading.

Sigh, another fool, you just didn't do it right. When you do it, ALWAYS check the transactions log, because some of them DON'T appear in there, and thus you won't get credited for them. I've made tons of Zen doing surveys and haven't spent a dime, other than one time where I got 1500 for a product trial, returned it, and then got the money back, but it's like I didn't pay anything.

Laugh at him all you want, I've made over 15K Zen doing surveys and such. Now cough, and gag on your own words.
