Given the abject failure of my last off-topic thread, I'd like to start a new topic to talk about Jean-Luc Picard of the USS Enterprise.

    Even if I suspect that the Picard of Star Trek fame was an homage to the other Piccard. After all two french first names that both begin with J (Jacques and Jean-luc of seven letters each) and the last name that differs only for a c . Both explorers where "no man has gone before".

    Not a fan of Piccard because I am not a fan of Star Trek...

    But Patrick Stewart is awesome! :D
