Cloak of Lesser Etherealness: Where can I find it?

So a friend of mine showed this item to me a while back...

I really would like to own one of these cloaks and he said he got it from a certain dungeon but he can't remember exactly where. Does anyone have more information about this cloak?

    It is from, more or less, the very last dungeon. [Whispering Caverns]

    Edit: One of the last instances in that zone, I meant.

    Yeah, if I remember correctly this is the last quest reward given from chest after defeating the boss of caverns. This is normal soloable instance, not any sort of dungeon you need to go with party.

    Its for beating the End-boss of the game (he's pretty easy). I got rid of the cloak though, its not very good at all. This is taking into consideration that is fills up your neck slot.

    Could be a nice piece of twink gear though, seeing as it has no lvl requirement.

    Thanks for all the answers! I haven't finished up my Whispering Caverns quests yet. I'll be sure to allot some time for em so I can get this fun cloak.

    It doesn't, because you can't equip it, because its not really a cloak. Its an inventory active item, like potion.

    i got cloak like this from last quest lol,its nothing special really,it suck cause u cant put it on your charter slots,if u want to use it u need to use it from your invertory

    It makes you invisible, it doesn't suck... you just double click on it and go about your business lol.

    I love this item. If there is ever a mob I really want to sneak past, I just cloak. It lasts for like 20-30 seconds, too.

    What's weird is this item is outright designed to skip unaware mobs. They also don't give it to you until you hit level 60, when you're expected to start doing epic dungeons.
