patches on loading screen

im getting annoyed with these patches on loading screen. why not patch it all at once? is there a way for this?
it happens everytime i step into a new area.

    Open up your launcher, click options and then select disable on-demand patching. After that you will download any files you didn't already have and there will be no more patches on loading screens.

    I did this a few weeks ago and love the new loading speeds but be aware that you'll download around 3 GB of data the first time you load the game after doing this. It's worth it, but there is a wait.

    Maybe they shouldn't have so many loading screens and a world to play in.
