Strong lag

Played game for month and it was ok... joined today - every 5-10 seconds all around me freezing for a second. Tried restart game and internet connection, all other games working fine, just Neverwinter lagging hardly...

    same here i can't even click on any NPC for 5 seconds while I am standing right infront everytime and constant teleporting while travelling and fighting. I am a GF and the block is delayed or not working at all. I am on guard mode with full animation and attacking but I got hit still...

    This is not the place to post this in, you need to talk to your ISP and if possible use a Tier 1 ISP because they have the best peering partners, smaller ISP's have horrible peering partners wich cause the issues you write about here.
