Feature Request: Guild automated Messages

Hi, I would like to request a guild feature: Automated Messages.
The idea is that guild leaders / guild members with permission should be able to set up a list of messages that automatically is sent to specific guild members at specific times. This could be a great asset for organizing a guild as it allows you to send a starter message to new recruits, practical information to recruits that are 3 days old, how we manage our guild storage to members that just got promoted etc.
I would see this as a critical piece of the organization as I could then feed different information to my recruits, members, officers and leaders that's always relevant for them.
If my guild sets our permission so that recruits cant use guild storage, there's no need to talk about it in a welcome message, but when they get promoted to regular members it would be important not to forget to convey the information they need to make good use of their promotion. Same goes for people who gets promoted to officers and so on.
The following fields would be required:
Target Rank (or higher)
Target Delay (in days, preferably)
Title of the Message
Content of the Message
It's a simple and small task to implement, but it's the difference between a large guild with random-walking hens, and a large guild that acts as, well, a large guild.
