Character Status Bars? (interface hud)

Does anyone know what they're for? I click 'new' and it adds up to 5 of them but when i move them around the screen nothing moves after exiting the interface editor?

I thought they would have been a buff bar or something, but nope.

    I'm wondering the same. I thought I would be able to see debuffs and buffs with those, but nothing appears on screen when I for instance use my cleric heal over time spell. Same with the area buff daily spell.

    Well, I figured out that Character Status Bar #1 is the bar that appears when you're opening boxes or religion nodes etc.

    Has anyone else figured out what these bars do?
