Poll: Does the "Report Spam" feature need a tweak?

Someone who's clearly for the abuse promoting system that's currently in the game decided to make a one-sided poll with no true option for those who think it could be done much better, here's a real poll.

    The chat ban system is mind-bogglingly stupid, and I'm speaking as somebody that has never tried to buy/sell items with other players, or even use the auction house for that matter.

    Just do message rate limiting, 3 messages in zone chat every 2 minutes maximum in cities or something, don't let other players mute each other. This is basic stuff that game developers should not have to be told how to do.

    You should have included an option for "the ban length should be extended to 72 hours".

    Or a progressive scale. 24 the firs time, 48 the second, 72 the third and continuing to increase. Once it hits 7 days, add in a forum 7 day suspension (also increasing).
