Got Kicked by an afk pvp leader!!!

This guys name is RotteFar3000@rottefar3000, he just stands there in a pvp match to make his team lose to speed up the game, and says he cant be banned for this, but then at the last second of the match he starts kicking his teammates out of the match when we were the ones that were playing! Something has to be done about this, ban him plzz. Its just OP when these afk guys get leader and want to corrupt the game :(
