Account hacked and level 60 Character deleted

My account got hacked a few days ago I think because my level 60 Character has vanished off my account and so has all my Zen but my other 3 characters were still there. I've contacted customer support and heard nothing, i've also tweeted them and heard nothing back. Does anyone know what I can do please its been about 5 days now and still heard nothing from them.

    Best thing you can do is format your PC. Only sure fire way to get rid of the keylogger that you accidentally downloaded when you installed a hack. In future I'd avoid hacks all together as by definition thier source is always a bit dodgy.

    Cry. That's all that's left.

    I would also consider making an email account you use only for this game. Then make more secure passwords and change them once per week. As for your current loss, there is nothing that can be done to get your lvl 60 toon back, and you would be lucky to get your AD back. I realise this may be a game breaker for you but that's the reality I'm afraid.

    You should find this post informative about the state of Customer Support at this time.

    I am afraid there's nothing else which can be done so please just remain patient and wait for a customer support response.

    Since account related issues can't be resolved on the forums they are not permitted to be discussed on the forums. As such I am closing this thread but I assure you customer support is chugging through tickets as fast as possible and will respond to your ticket as soon as they get to it in the queue. :)
