I bought a guardian of the north pack. Where do you get the items?

No instructions at all on their website. I assumed it would come through in-game mail but I have no items. It did send me the 600k astral diamonds. Is there something special I have to do to get the items?

    nevermind it finally showed up in my mail. Figures, right after I post.

    You should get them in the mail.

    I have found that some of the items show up at the Founder vendor west of Sgt Knox in Protectors Enclave. I got most through the mail but had to claim my adventurer helper pack there.
