worst support i've ever seen

i have created several tickets over the last few weeks for different issues skirmishes not being able to turn them into rhix 1 for not getting email with the codes for their other games that came with founders etc and yet not one thing has been fixed all I got is a generic response that has nothing to do with the issue im reporting if you cant do any better than this your support staff either needs to be retrained or fired

    The explanation is that they were not prepared for the volume of problems their game was going to be plagued with. They are doing the best they can. Some people accept this , and some don't. Regardless it's just the way it is until they train more people.

    I don't mind the waiting its the not fixing my problem that bothers me

    I agree with the OP....they are form letter emails and the crux of them is that you are **** out of luck.
    I hate this game so much, it was not designed to make money...NO...it was designed to SCREW YOU OVER and SUCK YOU DRY of money.

    I have played many PWE titles and the support for this one is standard. I have never had a ticket answered in under 4 days and I've had to submit a ticket at least once in every PWE title I've tried. The first reply never indicates they even read the ticket and the second reply is rarely significantly more helpful. Waiting >2 weeks for them to finally indicate they understand the issue only to be told you're SOL is par for the course when it comes to PWE support.

    Never had to deal with their CS myself yet, but it's the one thing that concerns me with this game. Personally I think CS should be a major priority for any MMO, especially with a new release.
