Master Duelist's Gear .. where from?

Hello.

So I am nearing level 60 and looking to get some starter gear so I can be somwhat decent, I got offered some Master Duelist pieces for 5g each I am considering purchasing, but I am wondering.. how are these obtained exactly? And is 5 gold each piece a good price? or can I get them easier

    They are really easy to find. I find them very often in the epic pirate king and just found the master duelist armor in caverns like 5 seconds ago

    Are they boss only drops or found anywhere in the zone?

    Eitherway that sounds like a reasonable thing to be priced at 5g, I will buy it as my starter gear, ty for the info

    i got a lot of these from T1 dungeon delves.
