[Bug Report] CW can fill their AP meter out of combat.

It might be because of my feats, but When I shoot a Storm Column without a target, it lands on top of myself. I like this feature, but it seems to be giving me AP. I can spam Storm Column and fill my AP before a fight. Also, I'm pretty sure it's happened with other powers too; like shield.

    Interestingly enough- a DC can do the same using any non offensive ability like heals/shields/buffs too. Somewhat related- not sure if bug.

    Yeah, I'm not sure if it's a real "bug," but if it's not, AP should just regen out of combat or something.

    Hey thanks for pointing that out, I'll be sure to take a look.
    That sort of thing is largely considered a bug because it encourages boring behavior.

    Regarding the Cleric ones, I'll have to take a look at those as well, though generally you should be getting AP so long as you are actually healing someone, as the AP gain is still technically combat related at that point.
