This: Account Verification

An email containing an authorization code has been delivered to the email address associated with your account.

Select "Save Browser" to bypass this prompt the next time you log in from this web browser

Always occurs eveytime i try to access my gateway??

I DO NOT use windows mail client; I'd be a fool to use a windows email client; My main computers are Apple and so I have to walk through the hous to my studio turn on the power and my main Mac boot it up; use its email client [Musch safer than windows by far] and then walk all away back thtough the house 5 minutes later to input those stupid numbers eveerytime!! Really pissing me off!

Get rid of it! Might be some cookies issue with IE in ?windows I dont care; get rid of it so I can do Gateway without it!

I am actually having this exact same problem; despite selecting "Save Browser", I end up having to perform the email verification with the authorization code every single time... even if I log on again only minutes later. However, unlike the original poster, I am using windows IE 9.

This happens for me as well. It does not save my browser. Cookies are enabled, but, this thing just doesn't work.

I'm also noticing that the forums, themselves, don't seem to remember who I am between sessions. I have to log in every time.

    Likely not a coincidence.

Cookies are broken on this site. If you go to PW main page first (with login/remember me already done), you can then hit this page and not have to log into either.

...and yes, Gateway has been boned that way for days. Saving does nothing and every session requires a code :(

    You can disable account guard.

I won't be held responsible if someone hacks your account. You do this on your own accord.

    From Cryptic's Account Guard FAQ:
How do I access my Account Guard tools?
A: The Account Guard tools are on the secure portion of the website, and require a second login. To get there:
    • Log in to the Star Trek or Champions website, and click on "My Account" in the top bar of the website.
    • Click "Create/Manage Subscriptions"
    • Log in to the secure site.
    • Click on "Main Menu" in the upper right of the box.
    • Click on "Manage Account Guard"

    From Cryptic's Account Guard FAQ:
And what do you get when you try to login to your sub on CO?

    Irony kicks in, stupid system.

Anyway, once in it totaly shows the system is broken:
    Saved Clients

Then you see 'My Browser' 40 times, the same freaking IP 40 times, just different times.

Yes it saves it, but doesnt do anything with it. Its not only the gateway, its the entire PW website that has this issue.
