Chest not opening at end of epic dungeon?

  Has to be started when dungeon delve is active, and has to be not bugged (supposedly they fixed that bug).

  Suggestion: Thank-you package to include Celestial Coin rewards
  This is an open beta. Start treating it like one.

  Only works if you get into the dungeon during a Dungeon Delves event.

  The one with the golden dragon type image on it is only active if you start (even if the timer is almost) during the dungeon delve time and stay in the dungeon till completion. Otherwise, everybody gets seals from bosses/mini-bosses, common chests to loot, skill nodes, and dropped equipment that can be sorted out by party members with their preferred loot system.

  This is a known bug. Idris chest will reliably not be available for groups starting during the DD event even though the screen indicates the chest has been unkocked. There are threads going back months indicating this has been a long term problem. I was in Idris twice this last weekend and both groups started during the event. Neither group got the chest.
  
  I sent in a ticket with a SS from both events. My optimistic hopes is they still provide the loot as sub games have done for me in the past. We will see if not so free F2P has similar high standards in taking care if the players.
