Got attacked while looting a chest...

It happened before but I didin't care because it was simple loot.

A monster spawned behind me and attacked me when i was trying to loot a chest.

I can't reaccess the chest, now I just lost a blue item because of this and I want it back.

It's during the quest The Clockwork Tomb, at the 5th clock, the chest there had a rare ( blue ) rogue dagger, I'm a level 30 rogue with uncommon weapons, help me please...

    Happened to me countless times. If you get attacked while the chest is opened but you don't loot the items, even if you're spamming F to loot everything, and a mob hits you, all the items are gone forever.
