Founders Pack Issues

Hi.

Not sure right place.

Purchased the basic founders pack about a week ago, still waiting to claim my items from the vendor.
I've entered 2 codes that I got for the game (Alienware & Logitech) and they both worked fine?

What have I not got what i've paid for??

Any Advice, i've logged a ticket but as yet no response.

    Ok just got an email to say it's been delivered....ah well only a week late....ignore :)
