Well, earlier I purchased some zen through my credit card and went through all of the steps I normally go to and I get to the end where it says my purchase has been complete and I have paid however much I wanted to pay to Perfect World Entertainment. Now I go to transfer my zen and I have nothing there. It's not even in the purchase history. So I did it another time just to check and make sure I wasn't hallucinating, and to my surprise I completed the transaction flawlessly yet acquire no zen once I go to check it. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Also I'm not sure if this is in the wrong section! Just wanted to find out if anyone else is running into this.

Be happy this happened with a zen purchase...apparently I'm in the same boat with a Founders Pack purchase ...Thats $200 down the drain thus far. I got a reciept from the third party processor, the funds are deducted from my Credit Card Balance but I have nothing for the founders pack. I have nada.
