Quest problem (GM Need!)

Hi, I reached the level 20, after the sgt. gave me the mounts' quest my journal is completely empty and the map didn't show any new avaiable questgiver. I tried to reach the quest zones by myself (thinking that i could find new quests in there) but that seems to do not work, i think that the quest chain have to be started by the sgt. in Protector's Enclave.
Can someone can help me? Is it a bug or i'm too stupid? I don't know what to do I'm stucked at lv 21...

    Up? Can someone just tell me what is the quest after the mounts' one and where it is? I sent a ticket but I'm still waiting the answer.

    if you have no quest in your journel ( J ) , then you have done them all you eligible for . If you do dailies and get another level or 2 sgt will offer you mission to the next zone . You finished your last zone at to low a level . The quest he gives are level base they will show up when you level .

    Oh I hope so, but I was 19 when i finished all the quests is it possible that the next zone is more than 3 levels further?

    I have the same problem :)

    But I quit questing somewhere to get my horse when I got level 20, but i cant remember where that was.. trying to find it again :s
