Epic Gear Locations

I just turned lvl 60 on my Dev Cleric and wanted to make sure I understood where Epic gear can be found. Is it purchased through Glory obtained through PVP and/or end-game epic dungeons? Are some purchased with Astral Diamonds from doing dailies?

    pve gear from dungeons (drops or seals)
    pvp gear from glory

    Are the seal vendors in Protector's Enclave or in certain zones?

    In Protector`s Enclave at the Seven Suns Market. There is a Seal of the Unicorn/Drake vendor. You get Seals of the Unicorn from Tier 1 Epic Dungeons (5700 and 6800 Gear Score required). Seals of the Drake come from Tier 2 epic dungeons (Gearscore 8300+). The Seal gear you buy is SLIGHTLY less power than the epic drops from those dungeons, and the armour drops have a set bonus, but not the Seal armour gear as far as I can tell.
