Ok so it's very rare. First of all my PC settings:
W7 64 bits
4 gb ram
Intel core i5
Nvidia GTX 580
I don't know how but I can only play for 10 minutes, from here I only get freezes and I can only Alt f4 the game, I can't even relaunch the game since it will freeze. I'm trying to change the settings but can't get with the problem :S
Any clue?
Thanks in advance

Turn off on demand patching. What is happening is, you are in the game and the game is not fully patched and so what you are experiencing is happening. Then you should download the entire thing before you log in. Hoping that is the cause of your issue anyways.

The obvious things to check are your drivers. When was the last time you updated your video card drivers?
I keep getting the same problem
The sounds keeps in the background, but the whole screen is frozen

It sounds like your video card may be having overheating issues Cryptic's game clients will drive your video card as hard it can be default (depending on the video settings). That will drive the GPU to be running hot. Which may be causing it to seize up the game after 10 minutes.
You can limit the FPS of the game client in the Video settings but it's buries. I'm not in front of my PC ATM, But in Options -> Video tab. Click the check box called something "Show advanced Settings" at the bottom of the options. Now at the bottom at the new setup of options. There is a button called "Troubleshotting". That will open up yet more settings. One those settings is called something like "Limit Maximum FPS". It will be a drop down menu with 30/60/unlimited(default). Set it to 30 FPS save your settings and see if that doesn't help with your lookups.
You may also want to install some softare from your Video card OEM or 3rd party that will show you the temp of the GPU of the video card. And check the ventilation of your system. Your GPU may not be getting good airflow.
This may be a case of timeout detection and recovery.
Windows Vista and later operating systems attempt to detect situations in which computers appear to be completely "frozen". They then attempt to dynamically recover from the frozen situations so that their desktops are responsive again. This process of detection and recovery is known as timeout detection and recovery (TDR). In the TDR process, the operating system's GPU scheduler calls the display miniport driver's DxgkDdiResetFromTimeout function to reinitialize the driver and reset the GPU. Therefore, end users are not required to reboot the operating system, which greatly enhances their experience.
Reinstalled the game, over and over the same issue. first time I launch the game it's ok for 10 min, whenever I try to play again it keeps freezeing as soon as I start playing
