Launcher issue - Same issue as yesterday's

Hello,
I was off for dinner when the maintenance being held, so when i try to log in right now launcher says tried connecting 1 time, and gets the message;
"The patchclient got a message while itwas in a state with no response function"
I downloaded the Neverwinter.exe which is published yesterday adressing this issue, is there anything i can do right now?
