Gateway Problem

When I go to the gateway site it only allows me to login to my level 1 character and not onto any of the other characters that actually matter to me right now. Is this a continuous problem or what?

    Does your character have an apostrophe in their name?

    I know that causes issues. The work-around for that is supposed to be entering \ instead of ' in the url but last I checked it didn't work for me.

    If that's not the case please supply some more details about the characters you can't access.

    Same here.
    Got a ' in the name and it doesn`t work.
    How is that workaround again?

    It has a ' in the name. Didn't realize that was going to cause a problem.

    Try using %27 in the place of the apostrophe, it's how those are read in URL addresses.

    So if your character's name is K'el you'd type it in as 'k%27el', but without the quotes. ;P
