No Item Claiming on a Second Character?

Hello

So I made a new character (playing two)
And it appears I can't claim anything, nor was there anything mailed to me ingame.
From my understanding items are claimable on all characters unless specified otherwise (per account)
Anyone else tried this? If so did you manage to get it fixed somehow ?

    Did you try the "reclaim" tab on the founder merchant?

    Don't see a reclaim tab, only Claim and Promo.

    Not all items are.
    I was able to claim an item from the founder merchant once.
    However I got my mailed packages on all of my characters. Keeping in mind that you have to complete the first quest for Sergeant Knoxx before they become available. So go to Knoxx, get your town clothing, then go to the post for your founders package.

    This has happened to me also, of note my Mail icon is glowing and says I have new mail, but when I click on it it says I have no new mail. I've been to the postal clerk and the founders merchant and neither are of any help. :(

    I notice you don't have the forum title. Go into your CP and click Permission Groups. Do you have your founders pack listed? If not your account may not recognize your purchase.

    Either way, I'd open a support ticket or call their phone support if available.

    Keep in mind items from the $20 pack work on one character only (Amulet of Protection, Bag of Holding, Adventurer's Helper Pack).

    The Guardian and Hero items should all be per character.

    Make sure the item(s) in question aren't from a $20 pack.

    would be appreciate if anyone from the staff explains to us how founder's items works out, any of them. if they are account related or char related :D
