Problems with hero pack, in game mail and support in the site.

Ey yo...didnt know if this is the appropriate section where to post it,but i didnt found any better.
I bought yesterteday the hero pack,but when im in game,i dont have the tile "hero" over my head,and i dont have the Astral Diamond. I reported it using the appopriate form in the game, by the support, but still didnt get any repy in my mail. Also the automatic msg informed me that i can chek for reply in the "support" by the forum,but if i clik on forum, no one web page is loaded,i always get an error.
Today while i was playing i got an alert msg that informed me to get a mail,but when i cliked on mail in the top bar,there was nothing inside.

    Greetings,

    You get your hero title from the mail courier later in game. There is also a "founder" vendor on the opposite side of the CITY from Sgt. Knox for your embroided bag of holding. You wont get the spider mount or anything like that till release I think.

    At the top of your screen there is a diamond in the bar, click on it to claim your diamonds.

    i know that...simply i dont have any AD to claim..and i dont know why..still waiting the support answer me

    My initial 750,000 is missing for my Hero pack. I still ave the remaining 1,250,000 though, I also have yet to get an answer from support.

    bah...even the support page dont work...i got msg that for any answer at my ticket i should chek in the support page,but it dont work.

    IS IT POSSIBLE HAVE AN ANSWER BY SOMEONE OF THE STAFF?!?!?!?!?!?
    IF i clik on support page i have this "Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS)".... and i got right now an email where is showed that my paymen is ok
    "Amount Date Transaction ID Processor Status / Details
    55.99 EUR 13-03-22 xxxxxxxxxxxxx Paypal Completed Your transaction was successfully completed"
    but still i have nothing of nothing!!!!!

    Also im informed that for any question about my payment i can contact PercetWorldBillingDepartment at this address "https://billing.perfectworld.com/neverwinterguardian/contact>" And guess what??? This page dont work..again.Look like all the support page dont work for me.
    Oh,and at last,if i go on the page to buy a founders pack,there is a cute msg saying "Thank you for supporting Neverwinter!
    You may still purchase Neverwinter Starter Kits, or you can pick up a Hero of the North Founder's Pack for additional content!     "
    So it mean i already had bought a pack (the guardian).

    I had this problem, and know your pain. It seems the support for the website, and the development and support for the game are entirely different groups. Unfortunately, the support for the site doesn't care. The redirect issue happened to me, and what i found was a forum post by PWE saying they have known about it for a year and a half and haven't been bothered to fix it yet. You're best bet is to bypass the website all together and email support directly. They seem to respond reasonably fast over email. customersupport@perfectworld.com
    Let's pretend like my account name isn't just a random string of characters I got by punching my keyboard.

    thank you dude...anyway i got another mail said my paiment for the guardian it was accepted...but my question is : how i can know if it is really accepted?i see some user (like you) have the text "Hero of the north" in blue colour when they write in the forum..should i have it too ?

    To get your screen name to work, click "User Cp" at top of screen and then click permission - your title will be in there and you may need to log out and then back in for it to show.

    If payment went through ok, After purchasing you should have recieved 2 emails, one that states Thank you for your Purchase - Transaction ID *********************

    and the second email - Your Neverwinter Hero of the North Founder's Pack - Important Info!

    Title in-game accessable between lvls 5-7

    Diamonds the same time

    As for Title on Forums: Click User CP then Permission Groups then select your Hero of the North group
