You know, I swore I'd never look at another high fantasy based MMO style game, but I have to admit:
1) I'm an old D&D player from way back. Was happy when 1st edition D&D got the 'Oriental Adventures' sourcebook; and am now partial to Martial Arts Monks)
2) The visuals from the video look interesting (and knowing the Cryptic engine look like they were generated from it, meaning the game itself will look nice.)
3) It looks like it'll be relying on player made content for a lot of stuff; and there were some interesting NWN modules from that versions foray into D&D. Thus player made content in this kind of setting might be good.
So, since I gave Cryptic's other outings a try (and enjoy them both still), I'm actually interested to see where this D&D based entry goes.:eek:
