Fan/Guild Site Media/Art Pack?

Is there an available media pack with art and whatnot for creation of fan/guild-sites. I would like to start to put together a guild website but I am NOT a graphics person, and I don't want to erk people by just stealing it from this site or others.

    I remember RIFT having a Fansite Pack pre-launch; was great.

    I've been looking for one myself, even the wallpapers under the Media section are low-res...

    I'd really like one of those fansite kits they usually give out to the community these days.

    I wonder if there are any plans for such?
