  It is by no means final, they have made it clear that they intend to introduce more races before and after launch.
  
  On that note though I'd be interested to hear what races they are currently working on.

  Classes and Races are something that will never truly be a final, all-you-get, list. It has been said that they (Cryptic) are really only limited to what Races and Classes WotC (eg what's officially in the Realms 4e) allows them to implement.
