  I have purchased 2 Liquescent Halo from the vendor at Hotenow Mountain. The first ring was equipped - the second one is not being allowed to be equipped? NO INDICATION is given that only one can be equipped in the description of the ring such as is shown on the Interstellar Band.
  
  I was very careful to avoid this issue, however, it has now happened.

  Which vendor at Hotenow Mountain sold you Liquescent Halo ring? I thought these rings are drops from Lair of the Mad Dragon only and it is Binds On Pickup. i.e. you can't find it in AH either.

  The Dungeon Merchant (Opens the Dungeon Store) - In the "Accessories" section are the rings.
  
  This merchant is on the right side of the initial 4 merchants.

  Ahhh, and that's the one where we are rewarded some of the currency as part of the campaign isn't it?
  It seems like however careful we are, there are still traps to fall into
