PC/ Receiving Elixir of Fate instead of Coffer of Celestial Artifacts from Invocation Vault

I received an Elixir of Fate instead of the Coffer of Celestial Artifacts from the invocation Vault of Piety. I've had this happen before on other characters too but it doesn't happen every time I purchase a coffer and I don't do anything different. Each time this happened I had selected the coffer and clicked ok in the buy screen but would receive the elixir instead.

    Don't speed click on anything in there. Click on what you want and then use the button on the bottom right.
