Draining Choker appearance override not working..

When equipped with the new neck piece (Draining Choker), appearance override does not work.
I have tried every other appearance item and nothing seems to work wings, cape etc.
Please help me resolve this as I would love to use the capes(e.g. Starfade Cape) and wings appearance.

I reviewed your character and noticed that it is equipped with a Draining Choker. We've received some reports that this item sometimes prevents appearance items to function properly. The issue will be reported to our developers for review. If you have the time and haven't done so already, I encourage you to share your findings on the Neverwinter forum to help the developers collect data. It may take some time for the investigation to finish, but rest assured that any updates on this will be announced in a patch note that will be posted on our news page. You can find the links below. I will also try to update you through this ticket if we receive any news about this. I apologize if the Draining Choker causes visual issues to your neck appearance items.
