Since 9-19 PATCH: Proto Engine HE, has large pauses before DROW spawn.

This NEVER happened PRIOR to today's patch, and now sometimes you can wait 30 seconds to 1 minute or more for them to spawn. You defeat the Drow and get to 16% progress, then have to WAIT for sometimes a minute or more before the next GROUP will spawn.

It's very annoying, cause many don't know what's going on...

In the last Proto Engine Heroic, we waited almost over 4 minutes, and I'm not sure if they are reappearing at all??? Something seems to have GREATLY delayed the enemy DROW from respawning.

UPDATE: Seems what happens, rarely Wizard's are pushing the Drow with REPEL; then they are disappearing and not RETURNING. Someone needs to FIX this so they can't be PUSHED out of the room where the HEROIC is. And also ensure all Drow are spawning in the proper Heroic's area within a few seconds of earlier Drow being defeated--and keep them in their area like before.

Finally got a screenshot showing his WING clipped thru the outer wall partial above or on the roof. Sadly the Drow you won't see on the roof, or when they don't spawn inside like they did PRIOR to the 9-19 patch. :s

Note: at 16% to 88% there is often just 1 Bruiser that seems to SPAWN on the other side of the WALL, it can happen 1, or 2 times yet you can RUN around and DEFEAT HIM though--but you got to LOOK for him. Sadly, sometimes you can't FIND the 1 Bruiser on the outside, then you got to find a new instance. :(

BOSS DISAPPEARS and appears OUTSIDE or on ROOF.

    It's terrible. I was on one today and the timer ran out before everything spawned and THEN on an other run the big demon at the end left the building and was outside and in a spot that was almost impossible to get to.

    What we noticed last night is that it isn't just the abilities with knock back. Some of the mobs are actually spawning outside the area and the companions can go through the walls to fight them.     I went in to LoMM final boss yesterday and the circle was halfway out of the map, as in there was half or even just under we could stand in and the other half was crossing over the barrier. We failed that boss (it was RC version) and on the next try the circle was in it's usual spot, but I'm wondering if when they fixed the up and down problems with this patch, did they inadvertently create a side to side one where things are kind of horizontally in the wrong places.

    I think they send STO engineer (that kind of make sense since Proto engine is OEM from Starfleet) to fix Neverwinter. They used Trellium-D to fix the situation and caused a different spatial disturbance.

    I'm not sure if it's related but it seems like the SKT BHE where the giants disappear or the bug when blackbagger went into the ceiling ...

    I wonder if in fixing the Pool of Decay in Castle Ravenloft they accidentally set off a chain reaction. I noticed way more of this type of stuff happening today.

    Hopefully they FIND where the 1-2 Bruiser's are able to escape the Heroic Encounter, this in Rare cases also includes the Boss.

    Note some of the Drow also appear at ground level just below where the Demon Boss is, this started with 9-19 patch.
