Way of the Drow Event not showing up for me...

Like the Title Says..."The Way of the Drow Event" is not showing up on any of my toons...Ive checked the Rewards claim Agent multiple times on Multiple characters. I have the Option for the Wings...but not from the Box? Containing the Drizzt Companion, Drizzt Hair, Cattis Hair, Renegade Drow Race or Epic Insig...

Way of the Drow doesnt even show in my active events, and as it ends tomorrow...I was wondering if I was missing something...

I logged in on the 26th for the first time this month, and that was within the time period stated for the event to be live...

Any help would be appreciated (and Ive already sent in a ticket, but as theyre always backlogged, I was wondering if it was a simple fix that I missed)
